Various BASES AND STANDS
STANDS for working on or for displaying pieces. They can be made in different shapes and sizes for more or less stability or height.
Axis or support pole with a 25 mm diameter and a height of 10 cm, or as desired. These measurements can be adjusted to fit the diameters of the holes in your blocks and to the height that is most useful and comfortable for you.

'BOL' SUPPORT WITH CROWN, AND 'BELL' SUPPORT
'BOL ' STAND for working on or for displaying finished fascinators or hats, or for use as a support for hat blocks during the creation process.
Dimensions: Turned base with a height of 7.5 cm and a diameter of 16 cm, with a lower crown to hold pins or other tools while working (13 cm for the simple BOL model, without crown).
'BELL' DISPLAY STAND for displaying hats and fascinators, more suitable for exhibition due to being narrower and more streamlined than the BOL model.
Dimensions: Base with a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 12 cm.

TOOL SET
A set of millinery tools. CORD PUSHER DOWN + FELT/CAPE STRETCHER (PULLER) + TOLLIKER to define and smooth the brim and its connection with the crown.
CORD PUSHER-DOWN
Cord pusher (PUSHER-DOWN) to assist in shaping the crown, made from turned and carved hardwood.
TOLLIKER
'PEÓN' TOLLIKER carved from hardwood with a very smooth, polished base for stretching felt or fabric during shaping, and for defining the edge or junction between the brim and the crown.
HAT STRETCHER
Hat stretcher made by hand from Ayous and Linden wood, with the capability to adjust sizes from 53 to 65 cm.
PRESSER BLOCK + BASE FOR UPTURNED BRIM
Creation of presser moulds using modelling paste, adapting to the shape of the crown block to shape concave forms or to keep the crown block stable and inverted, in line with the upturned brim block.
DOME / TESTA
Dome-shaped base for support in creating bonnets, diadems, fascinators, etc.
DOLL HAT BLOCKS
Miniature 'CORDOBÉS' and 'BONNET' blocks made to measure for dolls.
WEIGHTED RING
A thick, heavy ring used around a crown over a flat brim, pressing the brim to keep it flat and smooth, preventing warping.
COLLARS / LIFTERS & TEMPLATES
Production of COLLARS / LIFTERS in various sizes and thicknesses to increase the height of crown blocks, or to maintain the size and shape of completed crowns.
WAX FLOWER MOULDS
Carved floral figures with handles, used as moulds by dipping them into melted wax and removing the form once the wax layer has dried and solidified, producing figures to decorate fascinators.
